These Terms & Conditions apply to the beauty services and online booking system provided by Juhász Vivien Lashes & Beauty Pécs (the "Provider").

2. Services
The Provider offers lash and brow treatments in Pécs. Detailed descriptions and current pricing are available on the Services and Pricing pages. The price and duration locked at booking remain valid until fulfillment — later changes do not affect existing bookings.
3. Booking
Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Guest bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours via the link sent by email — otherwise they are auto-cancelled. Bookings made by registered users are confirmed immediately.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your appointment via the link in the confirmation email or from your account. Late cancellation or no-show may result in deposit requirements or refusal of future bookings.
5. Payment
Payment is due after the treatment, on-site, in cash or by card. An invoice is always issued.
6. Liability
The Provider takes every reasonable measure to deliver high-quality service. Allergy tests and contraindication briefings are conducted as needed. The client is required to inform the Provider of any condition (e.g. allergies, inflammation) that may affect the treatment.
7. Complaints
You may file complaints via the contact details on the Contact page. The Provider will investigate within 30 days. For consumer disputes, you may contact the Baranya County Conciliation Body.
