These Terms & Conditions apply to the beauty services and online booking system provided by Juhász Vivien Lashes & Beauty Pécs (the "Provider").

2. Services
The Provider offers lash and brow treatments. Detailed descriptions and current pricing are available on the Services and Pricing pages. The price and duration locked at booking remain valid until fulfillment — later changes do not affect existing bookings.
3. Booking
Appointments may be booked online or by phone. An online booking is created when the “Confirm booking” action succeeds and the confirmation screen is displayed. The system also sends the booking details to the supplied email address.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your appointment via the link in the confirmation email or from your account. Late cancellation or no-show may result in deposit requirements or refusal of future bookings.
5. Payment
Payment is due after the treatment, on-site, in cash or by card. An invoice is always issued.
6. Liability
The Provider takes every reasonable measure to deliver a safe, high-quality service and provides contraindication information where appropriate. Before treatment, the client must directly disclose any condition, such as an allergy or inflammation, that may affect the treatment.
7. Complaints
You may file complaints via the contact details on the Contact page. The Provider will investigate within 30 days. For consumer disputes, you may contact the conciliation body competent for the Provider's county.
